We are a brother and sister team with a mission to help people take control of their own health. We both live in Lymington, on the south coast of England, and work as GPs.
Having seen first hand the failure of health care systems to give people the much needed practical tools to address the root causes of their symptoms, we created Bosanquet Health to do just this. Our mission is to change the way healthcare is done, by giving people an understanding about the root causes of obesity and disease, and the tools to combat them, rather than relying only on drug therapy to suppress symptoms.
Dr Philip Bosanquet
Philip graduated from Southampton University School of Medicine in 2011, and qualified as a General Practitioner in 2016. Since then he has been working in GP surgeries as well as in urgent care settings including for the 111 service.
Dr Helen Bosanquet
After graduating from Cardiff University School of Medicine in 2003 Helen did hospital medicine for 3 years before starting General Practice, qualifying in 2011. She holds a diploma in lifestyle medicine (Dip BSLM), and is enjoying integrating lifestyle medicine into her General Practice work in Lymington.
